Fixed price listing is for 1 x new Lincat FC04 Compatible water filter as used in all new style Lincat FX-series Filter Flow water boilers & A 200G pouch of lincat DP10 recommended descale powder. Descaling is an important maintenance task that must be performed to maintain the warranty & maintain a good standard of operation from your appliance.

1. add the descale powder to 3.9L of water and mix until fully desolved.
2. add the mixture to the tank for descaling.
3. run the appliance normally and allow to heat for approx 30 minutes.
4. flush the tank with clean water at least twice.
5. remove the old filter and replace with the new filter.
6. hold the “FN” button for 5 seconds to notify the unit you have installed a new filter. (LINCAT filters to not have a microchip so the unit will not automatically know the filter has been replaced)
7. drain off approx 5L of water to remove any loose carbon particles from the filter
