Specifically designed for super fast Chinese Wok Cooking. This Burner has very good turn down facility and can be fitted to most standard Chinese Cookers.
Circular Cast Iron Burner with upward angled brass Jets situated annually around the gas chamber. Supplied with removable Cast Iron central deflector & removable Cast Iron tube for maximum combustion and easy cleaning.
Heat Release can be varied up to 145,000 BTU Gas feed 1/4″ 3/8″ & 1/2″ BSP Female thread.
Burner 265mm diameter, combustion tube 70mm high x 200mm diameter, overall height including tube 100mm.
All Gas Entries, comes as 3/8″, 1/2″ and 1/4″ – so you can choose your Gas Entry size when received. Blanks provided for unused gas entry sizes.
