Kit includes a 3/4″ gas solenoid valve.

The interlock box is fitted with two current sensors to monitor the current flow of one or both extract and supply fans. There is also the option to disable current sensors and instead connect appropriate air pressure switches.

This panel kit is fully compliant with BS 6173:2001 (mandatory safety requirements for commercial kitchens).
The IP56-rated control panel ensures there is no gas flow to cooking appliances unless air extraction is detected.
